Can I sell my UK-reg Kalos?
Hi, I have a Chevrolet Kalos 1.2, 2007 with UK registered plates. I moved to Dublin but I did not register it as I lived there less than a year and relocated again abroad. I want to sell the car now and is parked in Dublin, is there anyway I can do this? Thank you

Hi there,
Technically speaking, you can't sell this car in Ireland now. It should have had its VRT paid a long time ago and re-registered and now it'll cost quite a bit in fines and interest to do that. The car isn't worth a lot now anyway, but the easiest way around it might be to bring it back to the UK and sell it there.
