Can I rent a car to practise on?
I’m a learner driver and I need a car just to practice on for a couple of months before my test, would I be able to rent a car which would have say myself and my mother on the insurance so I can practice on it?

Unfortunately, I think you'll struggle to find any rental company that will allow someone on a learner permit to drive their vehicles.
