Can I renew my international driving licence to drive in Ireland?
Hi please could i know after 1year validity of the international driving licence is it possible renew and drive in ireland.
Our answer:
Hi Lydia,
Whether you renew the international driving licence or not, you are not permitted to drive on a foreign licence (with exceptions such as EU licences) in Ireland for more than 12 months after arrival. If you are staying longer, you will need to obtain an Irish driving licence.
