Can I import a seven-seat Land Cruiser as a commercial?
I’m importing a 7 seater Land Cruiser from Australia to Ireland . This is going to be used as a commercial vehicle can I tax it as commercial with the seats still in it. Regards Neil

I'm afraid the vehicle will be treated as a passenger car in terms of taxation etc. if it has rear seating.
