Can I give back my financed car?
I bought a car through finance and had nothing but bother with it if I was to go down 1 year can I hand my car back to dealer and do that and what would the procedure be please

Regrettably, as our guide to PCP says (https://www.carzone.ie/news/motoringadvice/Finance-Myths-answered--PCP--2067.html), you cannot usually break out of a car deal like this early without financial penalties. If you check your terms and conditions, you might be able to hand the car back under a procedure called Voluntary Termination – especially if you’re dissatisfied with the service you’re getting – but, without seeing your specific contract, we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to break free of this car deal.
