Can I get an old V8 Merc on the cheap?
Hi looking for a V8 and the only way I can afford one is a classic 20 yr old S class. Wondering can I get cheap tax for a classic 20yr old cat and how much? Also wondering how much classic car insurance ranges for a car like that? Thanks

Hi Aidan,
I'm afraid cars have to be over 30 years old to qualify for the low classic rate of motor tax. And for cheap classic insurance you usually have to have proof that you have use of another car and that mileage will be limited.
