It is theoretically possible in the C-Max as well, but my personal experience shows that it really does depend on how bulky the seats themselves are. The C-Max has three individual seats, but the car itself is not very wide so it might be challenging to get all seats fixed in place. All I can suggest is that you bring the seats along to test them in a car you're looking at buying.
