It will definitely physically fit in the engine bay and I would expect there not to be an issue, but software and sensor changes happen all the time and the biggest potential snag is the wiring loom, so make sure you clear the swap with the garage that will be doing the work and that they will take responsibility for making sure all the electrics are right. It is rarely a case of unbolting one engine and bolting in a new one, even for a car that's just two years older.

In summary: it should be fine, but you need a mechanic to confirm that.
