I'm afraid we can't recommend driving a car when there's an error code showing up, not until it has been diagnosed by a professional mechanic. In the Mokka, it means the car needs to be plugged into a diagnostic computer to pinpoint what is causing the issue. Best to have that done and then decide whether the car can be driven.
