On some older Hyundais, the digital display was set to whichever market it was sold in – so mph for Imperial countries, and km/h for Metric. It may be possible to cycle through the menus on your instrument cluster setting, by pressing the Page button on the steering wheel, then finding settings and seeing if there is an Imperial/Metric toggle in there, but without seeing an ix20 in person we can’t be 100 per cent sure you can change it.
