Can I buy a car with a learner's permit?
Hi there, I wanted to know can you buy and insure a car completely with a learner's permit? I know to drive you must be accompanied but can a learner purchase and insure a car before they have their full license? Many thanks

Anyone can buy a car for a start, regardless of having an licence or not. You can technically insure a car in your name even if you have a learner's permit, too, but it will usually be prohibitively expensive to do so.
