Can I afford a Toyota RAV4?
Hi,
I have about €6,000 to spend on a secondhand car plus my trade in, a Peugeot 307 CC 1.6. I want an SUV because I like the height. Want low tax. What should I go for? Love the look of RAV4.

Hi Cath,
I don't think you're going to be able to square the circle of low tax, your budget (which should come out at around €10k) and a RAV4. I think you need to be looking more at a Nissan Qashqai 1.5 dCi or maybe a Suzuki SX4 1.6 diesel. Both fit your SUV requirement and both will be more affordable to tax than the RAV4.
