BMW 316i or Mercedes C-Class?
Which would you choose, BMW 316i petrol or C Class 180 petrol - don't do the mileage to justify diesel. Also would you recommend manual or petrol keeping residuals I'm mind. My preference is manual but all reviews seem to recommend auto when it comes to the Merc. Regards, Michael

First off: auto all the way. It’ll really makes a difference in this class of car when it comes to residuals. As for choice between the two cars, it’s a total toss-up — the BMW is a little more fun to drive, but the Merc has a higher level of quality and a nicer cabin. Both are excellent, so it really comes down to personal preference.
