What is the best value car for first time drivers within the price range of 10-15,000€, 1-1.4 l engine

Do you mean new or used? Hard to look past a Volkswagen up! for that kind of money. You could buy one new, and its lively little 1.0-litre engine would be cheap to insure, plus it’s well made and engaging to drive. Looks nice too. Other good options are a Fiat Panda, Renault Twingo, or Hyundai i10, and the new Kia Picanto is rather nice too.
