For such a large weight, your best options are large SUVs such as the Land Rover Discovery, Volvo XC90 and Mercedes GLE. There are plenty others in that class. Make sure you look up the maximum towing capacity of the specific model you're considering, as it does vary even across a given car range. And for that weight you'll need a 3,500kg weight limit at least.
