If budget is no object, then you need either an electric SUV for the lowest of the low tax, like a Tesla Model X, Audi e-tron or Mercedes EQC, or a plug-in electric hybrid as an alternative – try the Volvo XC90 T8, BMW X5 xDrive45e or Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV as a few examples.
