Belt or chain on my Hyundai i20?
Good day i would like to find out does Hyundai i20 (1.6) use cam belt or chain? I looked through service book and when i call hyundai they say they chabge cambelt on the i20 of 2010 model but where ever we checked they say it uses chane. so am supprised which belt did they change.

Both diesel and petrol 1.6-litre i20s from 2010 use timing chains, not belts. Perhaps it was the alternator belt that was changed?
