Belt or chain on an 04 Fabia?
Skoda fabia diesel 04. Has it got a belt or a chain and when should it be replaced? Thankyou!

Hi Caroline,
Assuming you mean the 1.4-litre diesel, it has a timing belt. If the car was built before July 2003 then the belt must be changed every 90,000km regardless of time. If it was built after that the interval increases to 120,000km.
