Does a 2012 Vauxhall insignia Sri have a timing belt or chain

Hi Pete,
It depends which engine the car has. The 1.6 and 1.8 petrol engines and all the 2.0 CDTi diesels used a belt. The rest, made up of 1.4, 2.0 and 2.8 petrol units use a timing chain.
