Belt or chain on 2008 Mondeo?
Is the Mondeo MK4 2008 Titanium X Business Edition engine run a chain or a belt or both?

Hi Ryan,
Assuming you mean the 2.0 TDCi diesel engine, then it does indeed have a chain and a belt. The timing belt is at the front of the engine turning the water pump and one of the camshafts from the crankshaft, while the small timing chain is at the back of the engine linking the two camshafts.
