Belt or chain in my Skoda Yeti?

I'm afraid we can't be certain based on the information you've provided as the 1.2 TSI engine in the Yeti came with a chain from 2013-2015 and then a belt from 2015 to 2017. Those are the manufacturing dates, not the registration dates.
The engine code for the earlier one is CBZB, the later one has CYVB in it.
