Belt or chain in my Audi A1 TFSI?
Hi car zone, my question is very similar to the one above, just had an Audi A1 Sport TFSI six speed manual petrol delivered from a car supermarket and would like to know if I have a cam belt or a chain as the car has done 43000 m and is seven years old and has not had anything changed Thanks Neil.

Hi Neil,
Most of the TFSI engines in the A1 of that year use timing chains. The exception is the 140hp cylinder-on-demand 1.4-litre unit - that has a belt.
