Belt or chain in my Astra estate?
Hi I drive at 12 vaxhaul astra estate 1.6 diesel is it belt or chain thanks

Hi Jay,
Our information is that the 1.6 diesel didn't arrive until 2013. It uses a timing chain. If youre car has the older 1.7 diesel, that engine has a belt.
