Belt or chain in a 2015 Yeti 1.2?
Good morning. Wonder if you could advise me. I am possibly getting a yeti 1.2 TSI automatic. 14,000 miles. 65 plate early 16. Would this have a timing chain or belt. What ever it is I know it hasn't been changed, should it be done? Thanks in advance. Steve

That engine has a timing belt, but it's a long-life belt so doesn't need attention until the car has done 240,000km.
