Belt or chain in a 2013 Suzuki SX4?
Does the 2013 Suzuki sx4 s-cross have a timing belt or chain and does it need to be changed after certain mileage

Hi Michelle,
The 1.6 petrol engine uses a timing chain, designed for the life of the engine. The 1.6 diesel engine uses a timing belt, which should be changed at least every 140,000km or five years - whichever comes first.
