I'm looking for a comparison of a 2020 Audi A6 and Lexus IS300H

If running costs, taxes and reliability are your main priorities, go for the Lexus. Otherwise, our recommendation would easily be for the A6, which is a superior vehicle to drive and travel in when compared to the IS 300h.
