If you mean the 2008-2016 model, then not too many. Check for issues with the diesel particulate filter if it's a low mileage car,and watch for issues with the MMI infotainment system as it develops frequent, and expensive, glitches. Check the carpets for water leaks, and make sure that the windscreen wipers work properly, especially the rear wiper on the Avant estate. You also need to check the seatbelt sockets for premature wear. 

On S line models, check for excessive or uneven tyre wear, while knocking or thudding from the suspension is probably the anti-roll bar drop links.
