It depends what you mean by expensive. Volvo is, these days, a proper premium brand and priced against the likes of BMW, Mercedes and Audi. So, if you’re used to the servicing costs of BMW, Mercedes and Audi, servicing a Volvo will be competitive with them. If you’re used to the likes of Ford, Toyota, Opel, etc then it will be a little more expensive.
