Yes, it should be the same design and it should fit, as the Mk2 S40 (2004-2012) was facelifted in 2007, well before either your car or the donor car were built; so both vehicles should be facelift versions and therefore compatible. However, if you car is an SE and the donor car is an R-Design, or vice versa, the bumper will be a different style, so check the spec and colour matches carefully before buying.
