It's difficult to predict what any given dealer will offer you on any given day as there are so many variables at work, including how badly they or don't want your trade-in and how badly they want to sell the car you're taking.

On Carzone right now there are Astras from 2019 priced at anything from €13,000 to nearly €19,000 so prices vary wildly. I recommend you try to find cars already for sale that closely match yours for a guideless, though obviously you'll be offered considerably less then the advertised price from a dealer as a trade-in.
