Is there any new SUV with PHEV under 30,000 euro price range?

It depends what you mean by SUV – realistically, bigger, grander machines with four-wheel drive and undisputed SUV status will, as PHEVs, be well beyond the €30,000 mark. The best we can suggest to you is the Kia Niro PHEV, which retails at €31,000 after government grants.
