We've not heard of any widespread issues with the Tucson at all, but that's hardly surprising given that they would all still be under warranty. Hyundai in general has a superb reliability record and if there is an issue with the clutch or gearbox, it would certainly be sorted out under warranty. A 2016 model is under warranty until 2021 after all.
