The fuel filler cap can stick shut, so make sure that’s working, while if it has the EGS semi-automatic gearbox, make sure the car accelerates smoothly and cleanly, as hesitation could mean a glitch in the gearbox control computer. You also need to make sure that the electronic handbrake engages and disengages cleanly, and check the rear brakes for excessive marks from the handbrake mechanism dragging on the discs.
