Any issues with a high-mileage C-Class?
Hello thank you for helping me ! We want to buy a car mercedes c class 2003 but he have 300.000 km does there any problem ?

No, as long as the car has a long and detailed service history and record of maintenance/timely repairs. Cars can go on indefinitely, as long as they are correctly looked after. Also, a 300,000km, 15-year-old C-Class needs to be priced accordingly low for it to be worth consideration.
