Are there any cars/SUV's that can fit 3 car seats in the back (2 baby rear facing and one infant)? Thank you.
Hi Niall,
This will depend on whether you want to use ISOFIX and/or I-Size to secure the seats, or just the car’s in-built three-point seatbelts. It will also depend on how physically big your child seats are, because if they’re each particularly bulky, they might not fit across one row of even the biggest machines on sale. What we can say is there are a handful of cars that have three ISOFIX points across the second row of their seating, which are: the Audi Q7 (Mk2, 2015-on), the Citroen C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Picasso (2013-on, renamed as the C4 SpaceTourer/Grand C4 SpaceTourer in 2018), the Ford S-Max and Galaxy (2015-on, in both instances) the Opel Zafira Tourer (2011-on), the Renault Scenic and Grand Scenic (2016-on), the SEAT Alhambra (2010-on) and the Volkswagen Touran (2015-on). The original Peugeot 5008 (2009-2016) also had three ISOFIX points, but the later Mk2 does not.
