Am I liable for motor tax arrears on a car I am buying?
Hi, I am about to purchase a car that hasn’t been taxed in over a year. These arrears have accumulated when the car was under the ownership of the seller. I am just wondering, am liable to pay the current tax arrears on the car even though the car wasn’t under my name when the arrears built up?
