You've not told us anything about your budget or how small a car you mean, so we're going to have to give you general advice. You can't go too far wrong with the likes of the Honda Jazz, Nissan Micra or Toyota Yaris, but it's also worth considering the Hyundai i10/i20 and Kia Picanto or Rio as well.
