A buyer is looking for an inspection report...
Hi I'm currently selling a car on Carzone.The buyer is looking for an inspection report from checkwheel.com.My mechanic was a neighbour so as far as I'm aware he didn't keep any records of the service history of the car.Do you require an inspection report in order to sell the car!

There is no legal onus on you to provide an inspection report. You can just say no to the potential buyer, though of course that might put them off as well.
