Hi Liz,
Lots of good choices around. The Honda Jazz is brilliant, and way more spacious than most small cars. It is more expensive though. There's an all-new Ford Fiesta coming, although that won't be on sale until the summer. Citroen's new C3 is pretty impressive and on sale in January. Or if you fancy something a bit sporty to drive, try a Mazda2, which is also hugely reliable.
