It will depend on the booster seat and the car seats that you’re using, but I think a current-shape Kia Sportage or Hyundai Tucson would be a good place to start. They’re both quite broad cars, and have quite flat back seats so you should be able to squeeze in. Take the seats (and the kids of course) along with you for a test drive and see how you get on.
