Is this Citroen priced right?
Was asked to buy a car just wondering if it is worth the money Is buying a 2017 citroen with a mileage of 98000km a good buy for €18000

You don’t say which model Citroen. But, if it’s a Grand C4 Picasso from that year with that sort of mileage on it, that’s about bang on the money so it seems a standard purchase.
