It depends on what you mean by best and what suits your circumstances. For instance, if you're trading in an old banger then the likes of Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan and some others have 'scrappage' deals that will get you as much as €4,500 for your old car. Alternatively, Volkswagen is offering a €1,000 trade in bonus against some models, while there is zero per cent finance on some SEAT models and some Volvos. There are lots of offers out there, so as I say 'the best' depends on exactly what you want and what you need.
