We’d probably actually go for the Yaris. It’ll be more reliable and it looks nicer, as the second-generation ‘W169’ A-Class was an odd-looking thing. The Yaris should be cheaper to run, insure and maintain, too, and you’ll get a really nice example with good specification for the same price as the Mercedes.
