We have not been satisfied at all with the level of service that we have received from Ford, Waterford City. We have tried to contact them about an issue that we had with our brand new truck and they haven’t even had the decency to call us back. When we ordered our truck we wanted a factory for roller canopy, it was factory got when we got it, it hasn’t worked since we got it and it lets in water. We have asked for a follow up call and no one has contacted us AGAIN! Very disappointed in the level of service we have received.

Called twice to get a quote for service on a ford kuga both times said I would get a call back. With a price. Confirmed it was a standard service both times and both time no price or call back given. So took business elsewhere. 2 stars for politeness and apologies for no call back on second call but then still didn’t get the call back.
