We have not been satisfied at all with the level of service that we have received from Ford, Waterford City. We have tried to contact them about an issue that we had with our brand new truck and they haven’t even had the decency to call us back. When we ordered our truck we wanted a factory for roller canopy, it was factory got when we got it, it hasn’t worked since we got it and it lets in water. We have asked for a follow up call and no one has contacted us AGAIN! Very disappointed in the level of service we have received.

Currently looking for a new car. Dropped into Waterford Ford for a test drive. I got practically all the old dodgy car salesman tricks in quick succession. Don't know how a company can survive when they make it so obvious they are trying to rip you off.
