Went to Kylemore Cars to purchase our very first car and we were lucky to find a car suited us. It was Matthew who assisted us throughout the process. He helped us with everything we wanted to know about the car. He was honest, pleasant and knowledgeable. Our whole experience with Kylemore Cars was excellent. We would like to thank Matthew for his great customer service and for going the extra mile. 5-star experience.

Where to begin. We have had the car we bought from these guys for over a year now and it has been a problem from day one. First thing to keep in mind is that most of the reviews on here are from before cars are actually purchased - that’s if our experience is anything to go by. So they asked us to write a review while we were settling the purchase of the car and before we had driven it away. I didn’t do one and my better half has since removed hers. Two keys… On the day we made the purchase, we were told the car had two keys. This was important to us. We would not have bought the car otherwise. We kept being told that they sometimes arrive separately. This went on for about a month and then we were told by another individual that there were never two keys. The original young man we were dealing with (nice fella) told us he “would work with us on this”. We still have no second key over a year later. Cornering light… On the first day we got a warning saying front left cornering light had an issue. We got this ‘fixed’ after two attempts with their mechanics (again nice guys) but it came back and hasn’t gone away. The cornering light itself works but that warning light keeps coming up. Megatronix…. Last month, we shelled out €1,600 because of an apparent crack in a part of the megtronix which according to the mechanic had been replaced and replaced incorrectly. This might well have just been simply bad luck but given it was a replacement and we’ve only had the car a year, it’s not great. I’d love to get rid of the car but unfortunately we have another four years to pay it off at €250+ pcm. I don’t do many reviews and the ones I do are usually very positive. I mean no ill will towards this company but we have had problems with this car and whatever about those problems. the key issue is still outstanding which could be resolved in a day.

Just purchased my Audi A3 from Kylemore cars. Couldn’t be happier with the condition of the car and even happier with the service. Arthur the salesman was so lovely and provided all the information I needed, and constantly kept in contact with me. Would highly recommend Kylemore Cars to anybody😊
