We went to several hyundai dealers and ended up ordering the Tucson Plug-in 2022 at Drogheda. The manager Mr. Conor Walsh sales attitude is very positive, friendly and makes people feel welcome. When picking up the new car, he explained to us some of the functions of new car driving; Very patiently explained to us about the service of the new car for the next 5 years. And fully charged the new car; Very attentive and thoughtful, making people feel that he takes his career seriously and has professionalism. But the only downside is that when the new car arrived, he said he would send me a video of the new car, but he didn't do it. We accepted his apology when we met. I would recommend Mr.Conor Walsh to my friends if they want to buy a car.

I ordered a new car (Ioniq 5) from them in 2022, paid deposit and agreed delivery date. They tried to cancel my order due to delays in delivery. I informed them that I was happy to wait until the car was ready. They again insisted on wanting to cancel my order and getting me to reorder the car at a significantly higher price. When I pointed out that we had a written agreement/contract on price they then completely ignored me and would not engage with me. Eventually I got a cheque in the post with my deposit back. In summary one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

Have recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from Dylan in Drogheda car sales, from start to finish Dylan was great to deal with would highly recommend dealing with Dylan nothing was a problem with him made the whole process street free. We will definitely return when ready to buy our next one, just hope Dylan is still theree 🤞

Bought off Drogheda car sales late last year. Great to deal with, when they are trying to sell you a car. After sales care is awful. Nightmare to get the salesperson on the phone. Doesn't reply to emails! Not one problem getting in contact with him when he was trying to sell us a car. Will be thinking twice if we would buy with them again. Can only speak for one sales person, can't comment on them all! And Virgil wad great to deal with through the purchase. Very disappointing that once you hand your money over they lose all interest, even though they have promises to fulfil!

Got a second car from drogheda car sales, and i can say its a pleasure to deal with them, everything going smooth, Dylan is doing an amazing job! Highly recommended 👌
