What's this button on my Qashqai for?
I have a new nissan qashqai sv premium and on the overhead console there are two buttons. One is for the roof cover. The other does not seem to do anything. It has what looks like a WiFi symbol on it. Do you know what it is for and how i might use it? Thanks, Chris

Hi Chris,
It’s one of two things, both related to the alarm system. It either deactivates the interior volumetric sensor for the alarm so that you can leave the car locked with a pet in it (window down a little, please) and that’s the most likely. Alternatively, it could deactivate the tilt-sensor so that the alarm doesn’t sound if the vehicle is being lifted for towing. Either way, the best thing to do is consult your owner's manual.
