My BMW 320d has starting problems...
My 2006 BMW 320 diesel starts really bad on cold mornings only. Chugs and sounds likes it's not firing right but fine after takeoff. Also only getting 26mp, used to get 3 mig. Any idea? Thanks.

These kinds of things are always difficult to analyse from afar, but it sounds to us like it could be related to the glow plugs. Best bet is to get the car along to a good mechanic for it to be checked over.
