As we drive on the same side as you in Wales we are just as unlikely to come across such a car on sale here. Saying that, there are a surprising number of left-hand-drive cars for sale in the Carzone database so do a search for Fiat 500 and on the first results page you can add free text to refine your results further. I suggest you try two different searches - one with "LHD" in and another with just "left".
