There will be a few elements to this:

1 - NOx levy: this will depend on the version of the Macan and its official NOx rating. Its maximum for a petrol car is €600, though it goes as high as €4,850 for a diesel vehicle. 

2 - Customs duty: this will be ten per cent of your costs including the price paid for the car and transporting it into Ireland, including insurance. Based on a £25,000 purchase price in England, your customs duty will be at least €3,000 (at today's exchange rate anyway).

3 - VAT: you will have to pay 23 per cent VAT on the 'customs value' of the car. That, unfortunately, is the purchase price, plus shipping, plus insurance, plus the customs duty, so in your case may be in and around 23 per cent of €33,000, or €7,590.

4 - VRT: without knowing the full details of the car, I assume it will be in the top band for VRT with CO2 emissions exceeding 191g/km. That means VRT of 41 per cent. That's calculated as a function of the OMSP (Open Market Selling Price) as calculated by Revenue and be warned that may have little bearing on what you've actually paid for the car. Taking an OMSP of €45,000, your VRT liability would be €18,450, for example.
